• Respond to enquiries — to communicate with you about your message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests).
• Security & abuse prevention — to protect our services and investigate misuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Legal compliance — to meet legal obligations if required (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain records; security logs rotate regularly.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the website (e.g., hosting), under contracts that require confidentiality and security. We only share what’s necessary.

International transfers

If data is processed outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights
